Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we entered the Hotel. Convenient location to restaurants and Trolley.
Breakfast bar was fair. Could be improved on though. Biscuits were hard. Charged $2.00 for a bottle of water.

We stayed in a beautiful king suite. It was roomy, the bed was extremely comfortable and it came with a small fridge to hold some beverages. The included breakfast had something for everyone and it was nice to be able to get coffee and tea all day

Nice modern motel. Excellent staff, quiet room, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, etc. Great location.

The location was great, super close to 'the island,' making it easy to explore. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Don't miss out on the indoor pool and fitness center!

The staff were very friendly. I loved the fireplace, so inviting. Our room was always cleaned on time. Fitness room was one of the best we have seen in a motel. The only thing I would change is at the breakfast bar, change the menu a little. We stayed 4 night so some other breads or rolls would have been nice. Having coffee available all day was NICE. The lady in charge of the breakfast bar was very efficient and friendly, keeping it as clean as any we've seen.

I received excellent service.
Favourable location in downtown Gatlinburg, exceptional staff, everything was well-maintained. This room was extremely spacious and huge with a good view of the smokey mountains.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a walk in closet too. There were plenty of outlets in the room which was a wonderful convenience compared to most hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
